Notes from the “sage”

Over 20 years ago, Alan began an exploration in automatic writing, by writing three full pages a day.

Within months, a number of distinct “voices” began to appear in these writings, one of which Alan nicknamed “The Sage.” Whether this is an entity unto itself, or simply a facet of his subconscious thought, The Sage continued to pour out thoughtful insights about life, the universe, and everything. Whether you believe this comes from the beyond or not, the insights of The Sage are definitely worth sharing.

Here Are Some Highlights

“There is only fear and love. The fear that protects and analyses, that grows walls around the soul, and love – that breaks those walls down and moves the spirit forward connecting each 'I am' with every other 'I am'.”

“Give time to the small thoughts for they lead to the big changes.”

“Make a decision out of love, and it will be filled with peace.”

“Never settle for less. Life cannot be vicariously lived.”

“The greedy are really just unsatisfied spirits that are mistakenly drawn and attached to the illusion of their reality.”

“You have what you need for now. When more or different gifts are needed, they will appear. The key to all this is to calm the mind. Declutter the noise that it contains, and bring it home.”

“Let curiosity and connection take over from comparison and fear.”

“The release of karma is the letting go of the parts of consciousness that no longer serve ‘the knowing.’”
